Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you register your interest on this website. It was last updated on 16 October 2026.
Who we are
CEVORO International Limited is responsible for your information. We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 17459708. Our registered office is C/O Bwbca Limited, A30bc, Higher Stockley Mead, Okehampton, Devon, England, EX20 1BG. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@cevoro.ai.
What we collect
When you register, we collect:
- your email address
- your first name, if you give it
- which description fits you best, for example that you’re visually impaired
- whether you’re in work or looking for work, if you tell us
- whether you’d like occasional news about CEVORO
- when you registered, and the wording you agreed to
If you register by email instead, we record the same details from your message.
Why we use it
- To contact you about testing sessions and the pilot.
- To send you occasional news about CEVORO, but only if you asked for it.
- To show funders how CEVORO could support people at work. We only ever share totals, never anything that identifies you.
We use your information because you’ve agreed to it. If you tell us you’re visually impaired, that’s health information, which the law treats as special category data. We only hold it because you’ve given your explicit consent.
Who can see it
Only the CEVORO team. We store registrations using Google Workspace, so Google holds them for us. Google may store them on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. When that happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We never sell your information or use it for advertising, and we won’t share your details with anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration until the end of the CEVORO pilot, and for no longer than two years after you register. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can:
- withdraw your consent at any time, and we’ll delete your registration
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it or delete it
- ask us to limit how we use it
- ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
To do any of these, write to hello@cevoro.ai. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies or tracking. If you switch between the light and dark themes, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It never reaches us.
